Aguila Crémant Brut
For example, six bottles of Aguila Crémant Brut from the oldest sparkling wine region in the world - Limoux in the south of France.
The sparkling wine from Languedoc-Roussillon is produced using the traditional champagne method. It is based on a cuvée of Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac. This extremely fine "Crémant de Limoux" reveals wonderfully elegant flavours of ripe pears and white flowers and has a fine perlage that is very refined on the palate. An interesting alternative to champagne.

The same applies to six bottles of JUBILUM Sparkling No. 1 2019 from Weingut am Klotz, which is run by the renowned Weingut Franz Keller - Schwarzer Adler and his friends from Sektkellerei Reinecker.
This sparkling wine is a vibrant yellow colour and has a fine mousse. The 2019 Pinot Noir bottled exclusively for Pese has an elegant and sensual flavour of patisserie with marzipan filling. There is also lemon cream and a little grated lemon peel, notes of pears and red berries. On the palate, there is a fantastic balance of ripe and crisp fruit, tart and creamy notes, vitality and finesse. Elegant and inviting!

6 bottles of the wonderfully fine and mature Champagne Mailly Grand Cru Brut Réserve Cuvée for the big celebration.
The "Brut Reserve" from Mailly is made exclusively from Grand Cru grapes. The cuvée of 75 % Pinot Noir and 25 % Chardonnay shows a lot of esprit and elegance on the palate, fine fruit and notes of lightly toasted bread. The long ageing on the lees gives the champagne a very fine perlage and complexity.
