Payment and dispatch

Payment methods
Existing customers can pay by credit card and PayPal. For new customers, we reserve the right to require payment in advance. For payments from abroad, the buyer bears all additional costs of payment transactions. These include bank charges and transfer fees.

Dispatch
All prices are ex warehouse Hamburg. Delivery is always by UPS. Express shipping and scheduled deliveries are currently only possible in Germany, please enquire in advance.

To make life easier for our environment and our shipping partners, we recommend ordering the number of wines in three steps (3, 6, 9, 12, etc.). This avoids unused shipping material.

Shipping within Germany:
From an order value of EUR 150, delivery is free. Otherwise EUR 8.50 per package (up to 18 bottles) within Germany.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany is generally made within three working days of conclusion of the contract. In the case of express delivery, the goods will be delivered within two working days at the latest.

Shipping to other European countries:

Austria:
From an order value of EUR 350, delivery is free of charge.
Otherwise EUR 13.50 per package (up to 18 bottles) to Austria.

Europe outside DACH:
From an order value of EUR 500, delivery is free of charge.
Otherwise EUR 19.90 per package (up to 18 bottles) to:
France, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg

For delivery requests to third countries, please enquire in advance so that we can determine the most favourable delivery route for you.

Subscription:
Shipping costs for items ordered by subscription are only calculated at the time of delivery and charged separately.

Freight forwarding:
Products can be dispatched by a forwarding agent (including express delivery in Germany). Please contact us for this purpose.
