Payment and dispatch

Payment methods
Existing customers can pay by credit card and PayPal. For new customers, we reserve the right to require payment in advance. For payments from abroad, the buyer bears all additional costs of payment transactions. These include bank charges and transfer fees.

Delivery
All prices are ex warehouse Hamburg. Costs for packaging, transport and insurance are not included. Delivery is free of charge from EUR 150,-, otherwise EUR 8,50 per delivery within Germany.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany is generally made within three working days of conclusion of the contract. In the case of express delivery, the goods will be delivered within two working days at the latest.

For delivery requests to other European countries (EU) and third countries, please contact us in advance so that we can determine the most favourable delivery route for you.

Delivery is always carried out by UPS. Express shipping and scheduled deliveries are only possible in Germany.

Shipping costs for items ordered by subscription will only be calculated at the time of delivery and charged separately.

Shipping of products by a forwarding agent (also express delivery in Germany) can be ordered. Please contact us for this.
