Winegrowers who produce rosé wines

Domaines Ott

Domaines Ott, which was founded by Marcel Ott in 1912, has been one of the most important wine estates in Provence for more than 100 years. Their rosés, which are presented in the unique bottle shape reminiscent of amphorae, are particularly famous.

Schreckbichl Winery

When 26 winegrowers from Schreckbichl near Eppan decided to found a co-operative in 1960, they were considered rebels, but when they began to focus strictly on quality viticulture under the leadership of Luis Raifer in the 1980s, they became pioneers.

Omina Romana Winery

Lazio is one of Italy’s oldest wine-growing regions, yet hardly any other winery has re-evaluated its terroir as thoroughly as Ômina Romana. In 2007, the German-Italian Börner family founded the estate near Velletri, some 40 kilometres south-east of Rome, in the heart of the volcanic hills of the Castelli Romani. The idea behind it was as simple as it was ambitious: to discover the true potential of this landscape, which has been shaped by viticulture for more than 2,500 years.

Château La Gordonne

Château La Gordonne is located about 20 kilometres north of Hyères, in Provence. The Romans recognised the landscape, climate and slate soils of this region as ideal for wine production. What began in antiquity continued through the Middle Ages with the Carthusians of La Verne in Pierrefeu-du-Var.

Château de Calavon

Since the end of the 19th century, the history of Château de Calavon has also been that of the Audibert family, who have now owned the estate for five generations. However, the winery can look back on an even older history.
