Once a week, a team of recognised wine experts meets in Hamburg's exclusive Hanse Lounge. These include Michael Kutej, the maître d' of the Hanse Lounge, and sommelier Eileen Wehling. They select, taste, discuss and compare the best wines from outstanding winegrowers. On these afternoons, they decide on new additions to Pese Wein and only if everyone agrees that "this is special enough" will it be a JUBILUM - otherwise not!
