Winery Loersch JUBILUM Kabinett No. 1 2024

For the first time, the Loersch winery is producing a Kabinett from the famous Trittenheimer Apotheke vineyard exclusively for us. All site wines here are selectively harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with natural yeasts. A small part of the Apotheke is the Laurentiusberg parcel below the Laurentius Chapel, which faces south-west and enjoys sunshine until late in the evening. Vines planted in 1976 and anchored in the steep slate subsoil characterise this elegant, fruity-sweet Riesling. Light as a feather at just 9.5%, this vibrant, racy Riesling dances on the tongue. The finish is hardly sweet and fruity, but full of minerality and finesse. Pure drinking pleasure!
