Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel 2025

This wine has revolutionized the world of rosé and is now in its 20th vintage. The 2025 "Whispering Angel? is exceptionally clear and expressive. The cuvée, made primarily from Grenache, Cinsault, and Vermentino, comes from select vineyards around La Motte. Harvesting takes place from early morning until noon, after which the grapes are visually sorted and processed while still cool. Aging takes place entirely in stainless steel with regular bâtonnage. The nose reveals white peach, melon rind, pomegranate, and delicate floral notes, along with a hint of rhubarb. On the palate, the rosé is silky and juicy, with fresh, rounded acidity and distinct fruit. The finish remains lively, precise, and elegant?a truly harmonious anniversary vintage.
