Winery Dr. Büklin-Wolf Ruppertsberger Hoheburg P.C. Riesling 2019

Palatinate, Germany, White wine, Riesling
0.75 l

The Ruppertsberg top site covers around 20 hectares, not quite a quarter of which is owned by Dr. Bürklin Wolf. Light-colored sandstone characterizes the geology, and an excellent microclimate earns the premier cru status within the estate's internal classification system. The Grand Cru Gaisböhl is located right next door. Hoheburg is characterized by creamy peach fruit and a spicy note of white pepper, which makes the wine a very good accompaniment to food, but especially predestined for vegetable dishes from the wok.
