Mailly's "Brut Reserve" is made exclusively from Grand Cru grapes. The cuvée of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay shows a lot of esprit and elegance on the palate, fine fruit and notes of lightly toasted bread. The long ageing on the lees gives the champagne a very fine perlage and complexity.

Champagne Mailly Grand Cru

The red grapes from the Marne village of Mailly were already considered "first class" quality in the international classification system established by André Julien in 1816. This was confirmed by the Échelle des Crus rating system. Mailly has enjoyed 100% Grand Cru status without interruption since 1911.
