Salomon Estate Alttus Shiraz 2018

The Fleurieu Peninsula, not far from Adelaide, is one of the finest addresses in McLaren Vale. This is quickly apparent in the wines of Gertrud and Dr Bert Salomon. Their "Alttus Shiraz" is a splendid example of a Syrah that combines both Australian and European traditions into a dense, highly aromatic wine that is only produced in the very best years.
