This extravagant cuvée from Dom Pérignon is spectacular in every respect. The black label with the pink lettering is a real eye-catcher! The cuvée is naturally dominated by Pinot Noir. Complex flavours of strawberries and cherries are perfectly complemented by the salty minerality and, thanks to the extremely long yeast ageing of 13 years, result in a very subtle and balanced champagne that is probably unique in its form. 99 points from JAMES SUCKLING for this sparkling wine.
