A truly breathtaking wine! La Conseillante is arguably the most sensual of all Pomerols. We were absolutely enthralled during the en primeur tasting at the château. The team at La Conseillante has managed to produce an extremely elegant and harmonious wine in this very concentrated and powerful vintage. The aromas range from juicy dark fruit to the floral notes typical of this château, culminating in a grand mineral finish. A magnificent wine!

300 years ago, Catherine Conseillan acquired the estate in Pomerol, renovated it and expanded it to twelve hectares. This property has been farmed since 1871 by the Nicolas family, who have taken the wine to the First Growths of Pomerol.
