None other than Denis Durantou from Ch. L'Eglise Clinet in Pomerol recognised the potential of Montlandrie in Castillon. The daughters of Durantou, who died far too young, are now realising it.

The 2022 Monlandrie once again demonstrates two things: the magnificent terroir of the Côte de Castillon, characterized by chalky soils, and the outstanding work of the team led by Château L'Eglise Clinet, which has owned the estate since 2009. Intense red and black fruits are flanked by salty minerality and invigorating floral notes. A magnificent wine!
