Château Les Carmes Haut Brion Pessac Leognan 2021
For around 15 years, Carmes Haut Brion, which shares the outstanding terroir with Haut Brion, has been taking a completely different approach. Not completely destemmed, as is now often the case, a large proportion of amphora ageing and a moderate use of new wood lead to a complex, powerful and very refined result. Carmes Haut Brion is now one of the most desirable wines in all of Bordeaux! There were also too few bottles of the 2021.
