The white wine Château Léon is a cuvée made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon. The vines are rooted in clay and limestone slopes covered with pebbles. The wine was matured for five months in stainless steel, as the freshness of the temperate Atlantic climate is emphasised here. The wine shimmers light yellow in the glass. On the nose, it smells of white fruit and surprises with intense floral aromas. The full-bodied palate is characterised by a supportive, ripe acidity and lemony fruit. Light, tangy and mineral, the wine ends with a full-bodied finish.

Château Leon is located to the east of the city of Bordeaux, directly opposite Pessac Leognan on the right bank of the Garonne. The varied terroir is similar to that of both Pessac Leognan and St. Emilion, which is why both fresh, mineral white wines and soft, elegant red wines are produced here.
