The cuvée of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) from the very best Grand Cru vineyards such as Bouzy and Ambonnay undergoes a very long yeast aging period of approximately 5 years for a non-vintage champagne, which gives it great complexity and a fine perlage. The aroma overwhelms with dense notes of ripe citrus fruits, toasted brioche, and honey. This is accompanied by a very intense chalky minerality.
