Château Gassier
Since its foundation in 1982, the wines of Château Gassier have been synonymous with outstanding quality, especially the rosé wines from the Cru Sainte-Victoire.
The "Le Pas du Moine" cuvée from Gassier is a Provence rosé at the highest level! It is a cuvée made from the classic Provence grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle. The organically farmed vineyards are located in the magnificent landscape of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, where Cézanne painted many of his masterpieces. The rosé has a light salmon pink color and smells of melon, peach, grapefruit and herbs. On the palate, the cuvée is creamy and elegant with depth and a long, floral and fresh finish.
