Château Pavie
Established on one of the most complex terroirs of Saint-Emilion made of limestone and clay on south facing slopes, Château Pavie produces powerful yet elegant timeless wines. Bought in 1998 by Gérard Perse, he succeeded in raising his estate to the rank of Premier Grand Cru Classé "A" thanks to working in great precision and important investments both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
