Winery Gramona Imperial 2017
The 2017 Gramona "Imperial? Corpinnat is a cuvée of 48% Xarel?lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, and 7% Chardonnay. The sparkling wine matured 55 months on the lees in bottle. It appears mature, with clear autolysis notes of patisserie, nuts, and almonds. There are also aromas of baked apple, roasted cereals, citrus fruits, and anise. On the palate, the Corpinnat is silky, sensual, and fine, with a piquant bitterness and lively acidity.
