The 2009 "Enoteca Brut Nature? is a cuvée of 65% Xarel?lo and 35% Macabeo from the Font Jui vineyard. The Corpinnat spent at least 13 years on the lees and was disgorged as Brut Nature. Despite the long aging, it feels extremely fresh and lively, while also elegant, fine, and subtle, with ethereal notes and hints of toasted bread crust, brioche, gianduja, vanilla flan, and citrus. On the palate, this is a supremely fine sparkling wine with great length.
