Aguila belongs to the Sieur d'Arques co-operative, which produces around 80% of the wine in Limoux. They are the pioneers of the region and the undisputed masters of sparkling wine production in the Languedoc.
This sparkling wine from Languedoc-Roussillon is produced using the traditional champagne method. It is based on a cuvée of Chardonnay, Chenin and Mauzac. This extremely fine "Crémant de Limoux" reveals wonderfully elegant flavours of ripe pears and white flowers and has a fine perlage that is very refined on the palate. An interesting alternative to champagne.
