Winery Dr. Bürklin-Wolf Kirchenstück G. C. 2023

With the 2023 vintage, the Bürklin-Wolf estate has once again vinified an impressive lineup of Grand Crus. At the pinnacle, as always and undisputed, stands the "Forster Kirchenstück.? Dr. Bürklin-Wolf owns barely half a hectare of the four-hectare site, which nearly 200 years ago received the highest score in the Royal Bavarian vineyard classification – the only one to do so. Year after year, it ranks among the very best dry Rieslings Germany has to offer. The small but outstanding 2023 vintage is no exception. Power, depth, and spice are also offered by its direct neighbor, the Pechstein.
