Chardonnay 2024 is a fermented beverage produced exclusively from organically grown Chardonnay grapes from the Languedoc region and from a levain, which is essentially a sourdough containing bacterial and yeast strains that do not produce alcohol but still cause fermentation. LEVIN? Chardonnay has aromas of peach, pear, pineapple and Galia melon with vanilla and lemon cream, as well as a hint of yellow tea. On the palate, it is silky and sensual with a texture that is also reminiscent of a tea extract. It is a drink with delicate fruit and creaminess, lively but silky acidity and a subtle sweetness.
