Winery Max Müller I JUBILUM Silvaner No. 1 2024
Our "Jubilum Silvaner' comes from the Franconian winery Max Müller I. and originates entirely from the Volkach vineyards. These are characterised by shell limestone with clay components and a sandy topsoil. The "Jubilum Silvaner' was macerated for a short time, fermented at a slightly cooled temperature and aged on the fine lees. It offers the classic attributes we expect from a shell limestone Silvaner. The wine has a slightly smoky aroma with notes of pear and quince and a hint of celery and fennel greens. On the palate, it is full-bodied, mineral and straightforward.
