Weingut Am Klotz JUBILUM Sparkling No. 1 2019
The 2019 Pinot Noir filled exclusively for Pese has an elegant and sensual scent of patisserie with marzipan filling. There is also lemon cream and a little grated lemon peel, notes of pears and red berries. On the palate, there is a fantastic balance of ripe and crisp fruit, tart and creamy notes, vitality and finesse. (2 bottles)
Weingut Aldinger Fellbach Sauvignon Blanc 2022
On the nose, there is the typical and in this case subtle gooseberry, whitecurrant, but also grapefruit and a delicate smoky character that subtly underpins the fruit. Puristically clear on the palate, without frills and with invigorating acidity. Not a Bonsche wine - this is the only way German Sauvignon should taste - definitely reminiscent of Sancerre. Wonderfully light 12.5% alcohol (2 bottles)
Luditte Saboteur white South Africa - Walker Bay 2023
The somewhat more intensive mash fermentation with longer skin contact leads to intense aromas of black tea, pome fruit and floral notes. The crown cap has a long history and actually comes from the first champagne fermentation (2 bottles)

July 2025 wine package
We are now in the middle of summer. It's holiday time, time for excursions and picnics, for balmy summer evenings on the terrace and food from the barbecue. The three wines we have selected for your July package are perfect for this.
The "JUBILUM Sparkling No. 1" is an outstanding sparkling wine from the collaboration between the Keller family from the legendary Schwarzer Adler and their friends from the Reinecker sparkling wine estate. The JUBILUM is a delight in any situation and of course with amuse-bouches and small appetisers.
If we don't drink the "Fellbacher Sauvignon Blanc" from the Aldinger winery on its own, then as an accompaniment to fresh summer salads, Mediterranean food and everything that is combined with young goat's cheese.
The "Saboteur" from the South African Luddite winery is a cuvée of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. It has freshness, strength and depth and is a great accompaniment to vegetables, fish and seafood prepared on the barbecue plancha.
