Bodegas Granbazán Albarino Etiqueta Ambar Rias Baixas 2024

Besides the "Etiquetta Verde? with grapes directly from the sea, at Granbazán there is also the "Etiquetta Ambar? from the vineyard of Finca Tremoedo, which is turned away from the sea and where the Albariño grapes are golden-yellow and harvested late. This late harvest is an elegant, fine wine with high aromatic intensity and scents of mirabelles, persimmons and medlars, interwoven with citrus notes, brioche and orange blossom. This is a precise, deep Albariño that was matured for eight months on fine lees, which were stirred up again and again: mellow and creamy and yet grippy and fresh with fullness and a lively acidity. This pairs excellently with Thai cuisine, pasta with creamy sauces, fatty fish and cheese.
