The Wachenheim Schlossberg was the new addition to the estate's Premier Crus (Erste Lagen) in 2023, with 2.6 hectares classified. The southeast-facing vineyard lies at 200–250 meters and is characterized by colored sandstone. The wine shows elegance and power. With air, aromas of citrus, apple, and pear, white blossoms, and stony minerality unfold. On the palate: juicy, precise, full of tension, with a mineral core and a salty finish.
