Rosé in itself is already one of the bestsellers of recent years. This becomes even clearer with rosé champagnes. However, despite all the fruit and structure, we sometimes miss the finesse - not so with the "Rosé Apanage" from Pommery and the Charles Heidsieck "Rosé Réserve". These are champagnes of great elegance. The same goes for the Nyetimber "Rosé Brut", which has long since reached champagne level.
