The winery's red wine is already rare and strictly limited. This is even more true of the estate's "Blanc', of which there are only around 900 bottles available on the world market. 80% Roussanne is blended with 10% Marsanne and 10% Chardonnay to create a Cuvée des Hérault that is truly one of a kind. An exceptional wine from stony, limestone-rich soils northeast of Aniane, around 30 km north of Montpellier and east of Montpeyroux, aged for two years in partly new barriques and demi-muids. A rare, expensive and distinctive white country wine reminiscent of flowers, honey, stone fruit and pome fruit, lemon oil and lemon curd, patisserie and rock. A white wine of great density, length and deep minerality.
