One of our cheese aficionado friends prefers sparkling wines with his cheese fondue. And at the very end, he pours a glass into the bottom of the fondue and spoon it out. Cheers!
We have tried it and it tastes excellent. But all that sparkling wine would be too much for us.
That's why we've put together a selection of white wines with an acidic structure that goes well with fondue. It's a mixture of classics and newcomers. Including a red Dolcetto from Piedmont.
