We start with the "Contrapunto" from Galicia in Spain, more precisely from the Rías Baixas. For us, this Albariño is one of the most exciting and beautiful wines under the €10 mark that we know of. A real Vino Atlántico - fresh, juicy, easy to drink.

And a marvellous wine from Domaine J. de Villebois, a young but consistently hard-working winery, which within a few years has pushed itself into the front row of Sauvignon Blanc producers in the central Loire Valley.

The "Bourgogne Chardonnay" from Domaine Louis Latour shows the class of the renowned winery and its origins in an everyday wine that is rarely found in Bourgogne at this price.

While the focus of the first-mentioned white wines is on freshness, the "Hermes Diactoros" from Omina Romana offers a creamy, yellow-fruity richness. A sensual, juicy wine with plenty of substance!

And a Chablis should not be missing either. Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard manages to bring the character of Chablis, the chalk-dominated soils of northern Burgundy, into the glass in this quality like hardly any other winery.

In recent months, we have impressed and delighted many people with our English Sparkling Wines. Are you one of them? The Gusbourne "Estate Rosé" 2018 is the best example of the class that English sparkling wines have now achieved. A symbiosis of elegance, freshness, brilliance and noblesse.

Gusbourne Vineyards

Anyone who believes that viticulture has only existed in England since the 1980s is mistaken. It came early with the Christian church and as early as 1410 a John de Goosebourne planted vines where the Gusbourne Vineyards are today.
