Port wine

Port wines are a delight with strong blue cheese, paté, dark chocolate or simply enjoyed on their own. And the choice is huge. On the one hand, there are the young, fruity ruby ports, the still fruity LBV or late bottled vintages or the deep, complex vintage ports. On the other hand, there are the deliberately oxidised Tawnys and Colheitas, some of which are decades old.
