Once a week, a team of recognised wine experts meets in Hamburg's exclusive Hanse Lounge. These include Michael Kutej, the maître of the Hanse Lounge, fine wine expert Rudolf Goetz and sommelière Eileen Gilberts. They select, taste, discuss and compare the best wines from outstanding winegrowers. On these afternoons, they decide on new additions to Pese Wein and only if everyone agrees that "this is special enough" will it be a JUBILUM - otherwise not!

The time has finally come:
We are adding three wines to our Jubilum family. After all, our Jubilum range is a "work in progress" and is constantly being changed or expanded. Now the small family of six wines is being expanded to include a Grüner Veltliner from the Kremstal, a Pinot Noir from Baden and a Shiraz/Syrah from Stellenbosch in South Africa.
