The Prestige Cuvée, named after the famous friend of the house, is made from a large proportion of Pinot Noir. The exact grape variety composition is not revealed, but it is assumed that the proportion of Pinot Noir is around 85%. However, this incredibly powerful champagne always surprises with its fine, harmonious structure. Complex notes of brioche, caramel and ripe apples glide across the palate, the finest perlage ensures a special creaminess and an almost endless finish make this exceptional champagne a feast for the senses!
