Bollinger Champagne La Grande Anné Brut 2007

"The great vintage" always comes onto the market in particularly good years and symbolises the company's special focus on the Pinot Noir grape variety with a cuvée of around 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, almost exclusively from its own Grand Cru vineyards (over 90%). The 2007 is particularly impressive due to its fine perlage and the great harmony of the vintage, as well as the delicate hint of roasted hazelnuts and ripe citrus fruit.
