Champagne Bollinger
With almost 200 years of history, Bollinger still presents itself today as an independent family-owned Champagne estate.
Bollinger Champagne R.D. Extra Brut 2007
The always very powerful and mineral "RD" once again proves its exceptional position among the top Champagne cuvées in the 2007 vintage. A taut but ripe acidity is accompanied by notes of candied fruit, spices and a fine creaminess. The very long maturation on the lees of over 10 years intensifies the flavours even further and embeds them in a fine perlage.
