The 70-hectare Margaux vineyard produces a rather modern, accessible style, but is always cautious with the use of new wood. As a result, the wine is beautifully juicy in its fruit, but not characterised by overly strong tannins. The 2019 in particular is a very harmonious Margaux with juicy black fruit, elegant, polished tannins and a balanced finish.

Château Labégorce

The Médoc Cháteau Labégorce is located in Margaux and thus belongs to the appellation of the same name. Adjacent to the Châteaux Margaux and Lascombes, the 250-hectare estate is located in an extremely prominent neighbourhood. Even contemporaries of the 19th century (Édouard Féret 1868) wrote of "one of the most beautiful and best situated (châteaux) in the commune of Margaux."
