The 2007 vintage of the legendary "Grange" is now excellent to drink and has probably reached its peak. The cuvée of 97% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon is reminiscent of dark chocolate with some violet reflections in terms of colour and aroma. It still smells of blackberries, which mingle with the aforementioned chocolate, but also with flavours of leather, dried herbs, leaves and peat. On the palate, the "Grange" is silky and flavoursome with excellent acidity and an intense, long finish.
