Winery Wittmann Morstein GG Riesling Magnum 2019
This oldest vineyard in Westhofen was mentioned as early as 1282. Today, the Morstein is one of the most famous Riesling vineyards in Germany. The core, from which this Grosse Gewächs also originates, lies at 180 to 245 metres and is characterised by clay marl, limestone and limestone rock. The 2019 Riesling is a sensational wine that Stuart Pigott honoured with 100 out of a possible 100 points for JAMES SUCKLING. It is a wine of terrific tension, lush fruit, precise acidity, fine texture and brilliant length!
