Domaine Huet Le Clos du Bourg demi-sec Chenin Blanc 2020
The slightly sweet Chenin Blancs from the Loire are sometimes reminiscent of Moselle wines. However, they are somewhat stronger. The crisp acidity, paired with intense flavours of ripe apples and pears, as well as the flint notes in the background result in a unique combination with vibrant tension that can only be created on these chalky soils.
