Bollinger Champagne R.D. Extra Brut 2007
The always very powerful and mineral "RD" once again proves its exceptional position among the top Champagne cuvées in the 2007 vintage. A taut but ripe acidity is accompanied by notes of candied fruit, spices and a fine creaminess. The very long maturation on the lees of over 10 years intensifies the flavours even further and embeds them in a fine perlage.
