Pur Mineral is the name of the estate wines at the Rudolf Fürst winery. However, when it comes to vineyard and cellar work, the basis of the range need not shy away from comparison with the local or site wines. The Pinot Blanc from the 2022 vintage is highly elegant, with a fine white fruit that alternates between pears, quince, melon and white peach and a flattering creaminess balanced by deep minerality that is not too intrusive. An excellent accompaniment to light ragouts or pizza bianca, for example.

At home in Bürgstatt am Main, in the westernmost corner of Franconia, the winery looks back on a tradition of almost 400 years. in 1997, Paul and Monika Fürst took over the business, renovated parcels and acquired more. Since 2018, the management has been in the hands of their son Sebastian and his wife Isabell. Today, the vineyard covers 21 ha and is 60% planted with Pinot Noir. In addition, there is Frühburgunder, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder and Riesling.
