Champagne Dom Perignon Plénitude 2 Brut 2000

After the first maturation phase in the cellars, the Prestige Cuvée undergoes further years of ageing on the lees and is launched on the market as "Plénitude 2" (P2), which means "2nd stage of maturation". It has around twice the ageing time on the lees as the "P1". This creates even more depth, complexity and variety of flavours than the already excellent "normal" Dom Pérignon version. In addition, the result is a champagne that achieves a much longer ageing period.
