This is guaranteed on the one hand by the legendary terroir in Sussex, Hampshire and Kent, which is very similar to that in Champagne, and on the other hand by the high proportion of reserve wines and the long yeast ageing of at least 36 months. The harmonious intensity and fine elegance make this Classic Cuvée an experience that is not just for special occasions.
