Nyetimber Classic Cuvée

The standard cuvée from the three Champagne grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier delights with its fine perlage and subtle flavours of almonds, biscuits, honey and baked apple. This is guaranteed on the one hand by the legendary terroir in Sussex, Hampshire and Kent, which is very similar to that in Champagne, and on the other hand by the high proportion of reserve wines and the long yeast ageing of at least 36 months.
