The "Les Belles Vignes" Rosé cuvée comes from 10 to 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines rooted in a terroir of Terres Blanches, white limestone. This terroir gives it a strength and complexity that make it a noble rosé. It has a brilliant, rich colour, juicy red fruit and a beautiful minerality. The wine offers an intense, animating finish while remaining fresh, crisp and lively. Our team recommends this wine with asparagus and a fruity vinaigrette.

Fournier Pere & Fils was founded in 1926 and is located in Verdigny, in the heart of the Sancerre appellation. Over time, the vineyards have expanded to include the neighbouring areas of Menetou-Salon and Pouilly-Fumé. In total, 39 ha are cultivated. Naturally, Sauvignon is the main grape variety here. There is also Pinot Noir.
