Château Léoville Las Cases 2ème GCC St. Julien 2020

Like all the vineyards located on the great Cabernet Sauvignon terroir directly on the banks of the Gironde (as well as Latour and Montrose), Léoville Las Cases possesses the same complexity and slowly maturing fruit that ultimately leads to one of the best Cabernet-accentuated wines in the world. This 2ème Cru Classé would probably be the first candidate for upgrading to 1er Cru. The 2020 vintage is the famous iron fist in a velvet glove: incredibly supple and endowed with ripe black fruit, it also has a concentrated load of tannin and concentration.
