Château Canon La Gaffeliere Rouge 2019

Stephan Graf Neipperg's flagship vineyard has once again been confirmed as a Premier Grand Cru in the latest classification of St.-Émilion, proving the great work of Graf Neipperg. Canon La Gaffelière is always an opulent, very typical representative of this appellation. At the same time, it always has an inimitable, almost playful elegance and mineral freshness, which repeatedly demonstrates the great work in the vineyard and the estate owner's great feel for the terroir. The 2019 is characterised by juicy cherry fruit and hints of cassis, as well as mint and fine cocoa on the nose. It is firm on the palate, accompanied by silky tannins with a long, elegant finish.
