The "Sex Una Tribus' 2021 is now the third edition of a wine with a very special history. It starts with the name: It doesn't stand for frivolous physical activities, but is simply the Latin translation of the number sequence 6 - 1 - 3, which in turn was the barrel number of the best three barrels of Chardonnay that we were allowed to taste during a visit to the estate years ago. So good that we spontaneously decided to buy them from Michael Malat. Since then, the crème de la crème of Malat's already outstanding Chardonnay has been available exclusively from us as a special edition! The 2021 is now available for the third time!

The history of the Malat winery in Kremstal dates back to the 18th century. This means almost 300 years of wine knowledge, from which Michael Malat still benefits today: "Because every vintage is different, there is no recipe. When it comes to upcoming decisions, the experiences of the predecessors are very helpful. Maybe someone had a similar situation, tried something - and the result is handed down."
