The Brut Nature Reserve 2019 is a cuvée made from 60% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc each. With only 0.6 g of residual sugar, this sparkling wine has a delicate golden yellow color and a fine mousse. It is reminiscent of kumquats, lemon, mandarin, mango, peach, hay, and stone. Fresh, taut, and clearly structured on the palate with a fine texture and slightly salty minerality.

Malat Winery

The history of the Malat winery in Kremstal dates back to the 18th century. This means almost 300 years of wine knowledge, from which Michael Malat still benefits today: "Because every vintage is different, there is no recipe. When it comes to upcoming decisions, the experiences of the predecessors are very helpful. Maybe someone had a similar situation, tried something - and the result is handed down."
