Château Leoville Las Cases 2ème GCC St. Julien 2018

The 2018 Bordeaux vintage is certainly debatable due to the extreme heat. However, this does not apply to the north of the Médoc and, in particular, to Leoville Las Cases. The vintage perfectly highlights the character of the Deuxieme Cru Classé in the north of the St. Julien appellation. Powerful aromas of dark fruits, cedar wood, and floral notes meet the incomparable elegance that has made Las Cases so famous and makes it a prime candidate for promotion to Premier Cru. It deservedly received a barrage of top ratings! Among others, Fallstaff, Jeb Dunnuck, James Suckling, and Weinwisser (20/20) awarded it 100 points.
